In 2015 Sam was the #1 producing agent at his prior firm's Chevy Chase office of 100+ agents, Sam's individual annual production reached $25M in the years before he moved to Compass. In the Fall of 2017, Sam accepted a position as Vice President at Compass, which is now the #1 brokerage by sales volume in the DC market. Compass is leading the way by providing cutting edge technology and services to their agents, buyers and sellers.  Sam's Compass volume regularly averages between $20M and $30M per year.  In 2019, Sam launched The Sam Solovey Group at Compass and brought on seasoned agents Orysia Stanchak and Jon Solovey on board who each have long and successful track records in real estate.

Sam works with clients at all life stages but especially enjoys first and second time buyers and sellers as well as those down-sizing from the house where they have lived many years. He also carves out time to work with investors who wish to expand their portfolio.
